Outside the wind was darting playfully around the house, chasing leaves in the dark. Temperatures plummeted, but inside was laughter, friends and food. While Vman had been toiling outside to plant four lime trees, I was snug inside in the kitchen, preparing a tapas dinner.

It was finger lickin’ good food! But the company was even better. Thanks sweet friends, for transforming a cold evening into a warm bubble of coziness.

Wish we were neighbors…or at least occupied the same part of planet earth. Nonetheless…these photos did the trick. My tummy’s full from having a gander at your “nummy-yummies.” My eyeballs thank you…as do I. ha, ha.
