I love Chinese lanterns, Marion. I grew them in our garden back in Ohio and although they’re rather invasive, I loved them. All these years later, I only have a few dried ones left, so these brought back good memories.

They’re very invasive and spread quickly but I enjoyed the results.

I used to adore spring my whole life, but lately I’ve started to appreciate autumn more and more. Perhaps it’s the drier summers. Perhaps it’s age.
I just love the colors, the sense of fulfillment.
