Share a picture that means change to you. And these two pictures depict the start of a new life: the first vacation I organized on my own after my divorce. It was wet, it was cold – so cold we went home halfway through to get warm again and do laundry – but it was great! My sons bravely dared the cold lake – for a couple of minutes.

Oh yes, they are way over my head 😉 Nick will be 22 this Thursday, and Sean 19 three weeks later.

Two girls–almost 25 and 23. Happy birthday to Nick and Sean (he can save his wishes for three weeks.) Our older daughter is out on her own, our younger is in art school with three years to go. She actually was accepted at Camberwell and Parson (Paris) but decided the program at PAFA in Philadelphia was best for her. A mature decision, considering Paris and London were in the mix.

I would imagine that after the lake, there was a very quick change back into warm clothing! A change is as good as a holiday, so a change and a holiday must be twice as good!
