Now that we can no longer carefree roam whenever and wherever we want to due to the coronavirus, now that we work from home and keep our social distance when possible, I want to share photos that bring the outdoors inside. I will describe what made me take those pictures and the way they made me feel. They will be collected under the category OUTSIDE IN. Feel free to join in!
This photo was taken back in 2016, on a bright March day, just like today. The steel-blue water rippled peacefully under a clear blue sky and the farm was safely hidden among the trees, their branches already budding. See how the reed lazily waves in the spring breeze? Can you feel the sunlight on your cheeks? And what would it be like to dip your hand in the cold water…
Come, walk with me through this Dutch landscape.
❤ ❤ ❤ Beautiful!!!

Thank you so much! Have you ever been to the Netherlands, M.B.?
I just read your blog about the candy hearts. We have similar candy, and we call them ‘hartjes’. The letters are pressed into the little sweets, not pressed on with red. So I guess they’re not the same.
I love the way you write! 🤗❤️.

So glad you enjoyed that post – candy history is kind of a fun side hobby that I have and I like to write about it sometimes 🙂 Although I have been around quite a bit, I have not had the pleasure of the Netherlands just yet! I hope to remedy that someday 🙂 I’m enjoying the peeks at it through your lovely photos.
