Wish we had town squares like this in the U.S.

That’s indeed one thing I missed when I visited the U.S. in 2013! It has to do with increasing costs if you use the sidewalk as part of your establishment, right?

Oh, but why not? Wouldn’t it be fun to introduce the idea to a local pub or restaurant?

True – good idea. But, in this little village there are three pizza restaurants and one thai. The people living here are commuters, villa families and old people. I don’t know if the market is the right one…on the other hand you do not know until you try!
