Recipe: Green energy smoothie

A bright summer’s day simple begs for a fruity start, with a twist of veggies.

  • 1 banana
  • 3 (wild) peaches, without skin
  • 1 teaspoon of flax seed
  • 3 mint leaves
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 2 handfuls fresh spinach
  • 250 ml (light) soy milk
  • 250 ml ice cold water

Cut the ingredients if necessary and mix in a blender until creamy and pale green. Drink the smoothie immediately.


Now wait for a little while until the energy starts flowing.


Caretaker of males, both human and feline. No lady, but all woman. Avid reader and photographer. Determined to find writing time during busy days. And nights if needed. Because I need you to meet the wonderful people who are living in my mind.
