Recipe: Green energy smoothie

A bright summer’s day simple begs for a fruity start, with a twist of veggies.

  • 1 banana
  • 3 (wild) peaches, without skin
  • 1 teaspoon of flax seed
  • 3 mint leaves
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 2 handfuls fresh spinach
  • 250 ml (light) soy milk
  • 250 ml ice cold water

Cut the ingredients if necessary and mix in a blender until creamy and pale green. Drink the smoothie immediately.


Now wait for a little while until the energy starts flowing.
