A bright summer’s day simple begs for a fruity start, with a twist of veggies.
- 1 banana
- 3 (wild) peaches, without skin
- 1 teaspoon of flax seed
- 3 mint leaves
- 2 celery stalks
- 2 handfuls fresh spinach
- 250 ml (light) soy milk
- 250 ml ice cold water
Cut the ingredients if necessary and mix in a blender until creamy and pale green. Drink the smoothie immediately.
