Anasazi Heritage

Today we went to the Anasazi Heritage Center near Cortez. A beautiful museum showed us the daily life of the Native Americans who used to live here, exhibiting many artefacts. We followed the trail up to the pueblo, where I shot these photos.

And a wonderful view over the McPhee Reservoir. I’ve been standing there in awe for a long time, taking in the wonderful sights in full circle. Such a bless to be here.

Tomorrow the roads will lead us up to Moab.
