I’m not that much into Dance, apart from the music that emerges from several rooms in my house. Repeatedly. But this song is quite catching. And the video! The video is absolutely STUNNING. If you haven’t seen it, be my guest. Or simply watch it again, preferably full screen in HD 720p quality. 🙂
Apparently the Swedish recording artist and songwriter Loreen won the Eurovision Song Contest 2012 with it, held in Baku, Azerbaijan. I stopped watching this contest decades ago, so excuse me if this is old news for you. 😉
For the interested: Euphoria won the competition with a total of 372 points, the second-highest point total in the contest’s history. The song received the highest number of maximum points of any entry in the contest’s history with eighteen countries giving the song their top marks. Euphoria was an instant success, not in just Sweden, but worldwide in Europe and the Oceania. and has been certified 9 times Platinum, selling 180,000 copies there.
Next year Dutch rock singer Anouk will participate in the Eurovision Song Contest. And she is a hell of a lady. Plus a superb singer/songwriter. So be ready out there 😀
I think we’re finally making a chance with Anouk in the ESC, don’t you think, Marion?
Great video, great music 🙂

With Anouk we definitely have a good chance to end high, perhaps even win. Finally a reason to watch again 🙂
Have a nice weekend, Angel.

I’m very eclectic and love all different types of artists. I have lately been into more artists like Loreen – we have a TV show here in the US called “Revenge” and they play some really cool music on it similar to your post but I will always be a Nickleback and Daughtry fan too. 🙂
